During your travel purchases through Limancepte.com's office, call center, and digital platforms (mobile, web), the personal data you share with us—whether automatically or manually, verbally, in writing, or electronically—include your name, surname, Turkish ID number, date of birth, address, email address, mobile phone number, flight miles number and details, passport number (for travel requiring a passport), passport issue date, passport expiry date, a copy of your passport, and, if applicable, details of your travel insurance policy. Additionally, if you are traveling with others, their personal data limited to the categories mentioned above will also be collected.

Your personal data is collected, used, processed, stored, and shared with third parties in Turkey and/or abroad, as described below, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") and other applicable data protection regulations. Your data security is ensured. For the avoidance of doubt, your personal data will only be collected, used, or shared with your knowledge and consent, except where required or permitted by law. Our company may share your personal data with our subsidiaries, group companies, authorized sales agents, and all service providers related to your travel, including accommodation, transportation, and ground services ("Service Providers"), for activities related to the requested service, sales, special offers, discounts, and marketing campaigns.

Our company, subsidiaries, group companies, and Service Providers collect, use, process, store, and share your personal data with third parties both domestically and internationally, ensuring its security, strictly for the purposes mentioned above.
